Project Details are finalized with and necesary Development Meetings, travels and Engagement are undertaken. All project Complaince, Regulatory and Statutory Requirement s are undertake n including Bid Process, Technical Presentation, and Conceptual Decision Process to obtain Development approval for the Project. This is followed by necessary Agreements and Consent Approval s. This Stage will involve Cost s to All Parties
